We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a high-volume, independently owned restaurant that’s part of a small, local restaurant group. This is a hands-on leadership role with a $90,000 base salary and monthly performance-based bonuses.
You’ll oversee all kitchen operations, manage BOH staff, control food and labor costs, and ensure top-tier food quality and execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements:
5+ years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Proven ability to manage food/labor costs and hit performance targets
Leadership skills and the ability to build and retain a strong BOH team
Experience in scratch kitchens and seasonal menus preferred
ServSafe certification or similar
